Fixed an issue where the double elevator doors would not open
Fixed an issue preventing progression in singleplayer mode
Added a SynthesisVR option to force-open the double elevator doors (requires Server Access Point version 3.24.4)
Updated SynthesisVR Unity SDK to version 1.3.1 - resolves cases where the game could close when moving outside VR boundaries

Added red/green light in double elevators room right above the lever which indicates if the gate is open or not.
Gate at double elevators can no longer be closed if the lever is completed, this shall also fix the issue where the gate is closed upon completing the challenge.
Can now be played by only 1 person (singleplayer)
Volume fixes to the elevators and cart which reduces the risk of players not being attached to the translator
